I never really got that Mexican places that sell burgers and burger places that sell burritos and tacos???? Anyways there's a spot called grants on 164th n sandy (I believe) but they got sum bomb ass burgers n cheese steaks!! The cheesesteaks is killing anything I've ever had in portland!!

ILL TELL YOU RIGHT THE FUCK NOW!!!! if u aint been to the Waffle Window on 36th and hawthorne and had the Ham & Gruyere Cheese waffle with maple syrup YOU ARE SLIIIIPPIN!!! get up on it. they only open 9-5 saturday and sunday though. located on 36th and hawthorne right across from ben and jerry's on the side of the Bread & Ink spot... its cutty as fuck but heres a picture of the BLUE ass door.

And I dont know if its still there, but Stanford's at Lloyd Center used to have good steaks. there used to be another good place for steaks up the street from the Gustav's Rheinlander but I cant remember what its called.

hell yeah. try the waffle window homie. they got plain waffles too. its sumthin about they waffles though.... they got this pearl sugar shit they make em with that just gives em this crazy sweet taste....

I'll keep it in mind next time I come home. I'm usually a strict Waffle House guy when it comes to breakfast though.
