The Warriors and guard Monta Ellis are being sued by a former employee for sexual harassment.

According to an email from the Law Offices of Burton F. Boltuch, the plaintiff will file the suit Wednesday morning in Oakland at the Superior Court of Alameda County. Afterward, a press conference will be held to discuss the allegations.

According to Boltuch, the plaintiff is accusing Ellis of sexually harassing her from November 2010 to January 2011. The accuser, according to Boltuch, has photo evidence of the harrassment, which he claims was sent from Ellis’ cell phone to the plaintiff.

The photo will be revealed – along with the identity of the accuser – at the press conference, Boltuch said.

“You will be shocked when you see it,” Boltuch said. “It’s pretty disgusting and graphic.”

The Warriors are being accused of covering for Ellis. Boltuch alleges his client was let go “because they wanted to cover it up.”

Boltuch said his client tried to resolve the matter previously, but the Warriors refused.

We dont have enough talent at the moment to compete. It sees like Marc Jackson is trying tho. I like how he handles things. Of course im on the outside looking in, but he seems intense but not overboard.

Monta tried to walk away from Jackson during the game when Jackson was talking to him and Jackson grabbed Monta's arm and forced him to listen.

Curry turned the ball over maybe 3 consecutive trips up the floor in the 4th quarter and the Clipps punished us for it. Deandre Jordan was blocking everything and when we did hack a jordan we still couldnt capatalize. If Dorrell Wright doesn't hit 3 pointers when he is wide open..He is damn near usless to us...

Beidrens did play well i was also impressed. Lee did his thing but its not enough.

Jackson really likes Klay Thompson, he sees something in him. Cuz it seems like Klay has a green light and they are already running plays for him.

Overall im glad hoop is back..2morrow Mr. Rose will be in town and he's not playing no games..The Bulls are deep as hell 2...

I noticed that to during that little halftime clip they showed after commercial. No chalkboard drawing up plays or anything. Just motivational speaking. His speech was a rephrasing of "Ok fellas this is what were gonna do........We're gonna go out there and hit'em in the mouf!"

Looks like we're starting 0-3.

So hows next years draft class looking?
