Goin to Europe in May, what do i gotta do/see?

Gonna be there for a month. Gonna hit Amsterdam, London, France, Spain, Germany, prolly Italy and Greece, and maybe Sweden or somewhere else. Im gonna do all the touristy shit (Eifell Tower, Big Ben, red light district, etc.) but wanted ideas for some other things to do. Prolly gonna peep a few museums and castles, maybe a concentration camp. Definatly gonna hit the weed bars and drink lots of German beer. Anyone have any other suggestions or travel tips?

how are you paying for all of this? how long did you save?
did you have a hook up on places to stay or jus wingin it? sorry for all the ?s

I've wanted to do this for a long ass time too but never had the chance. But I got a little bit of money saved in the bank and the dude I'm goin with has family in Germany and friends in England and France. Plus I got a buddy pass for the flight so that saves some doe. But honestly I'm gonna try to do this cheap just stay at hostels and live outta a backpack and shit. Might hit the pubs and clubs but prolly won't drink too much outside of Germany. I ain't tryin to blackout in some foreign country anyway lol. I'm hoping to do this whole thing for like 2-3 grand. It sucks that the exchange rate is so low tho, I heard a beer in london goes for about 10 us dollars.

Get or rent some 'Lonely Planet' guides. There is almost everything you need to know in there. I suggest you read up on them.
These are guidebooks made for and by backpackers, they cover everything from culture to cheap places to stay, means of transportation, cab fares, dates of local festivals etc.

And yes London is hella expensive.
