I think the best thing for keef at the moment is to follow the footsteps of odd future: find some indie lable to put out his album. Make a youtube accoun and put his videos under it to get the residuals, and do shows. Cash money ain't the sound for him, and everybody else would shelf him. Keef is an underground artist. So I am very curious to see what def jam is going to do with reese and durk.

I agree with everything you said. I find it weird that not many younger artists have taken note to exactly what OF did and that they continue to do shit on their own terms and have the freedom to do what they want with their music. A lot of these fools just want that signing money I think and while thats great and all you end up paying a lot of that back over time with a label. The real money these days are in doing shows and selling merch and OF got that shit on lock so you think some of these fools would take notice but they want that quick fix I think.

agreed nuttkase I don't know why would anybody sign to a record deal nowadays with all this free marketing & advertising with youtube, twitter, facebook & other outlets it's now way I would sign a major record deal unless I can get 2 mill up front and rights to my masters
