From my experiences wit this game and observing those around me who have delt wit dude, he is more of a massive business mind than producer. He buys beats from hot producers and takes the credit. Every artist I kno personally that fucked or Fux wit Aftermath has been shelved. Its like I told Young Mass during his stint wit Dre while he was writing for Detox (shit that might not ever make the kut) "It's not on Dre to put U on, u gotta put URSELF on and then them kats notice you." Just like a bitch who won't notice u until u kome up...
I got much respect for dude, but I respect kats like DJ Khalil, Mitchy Slick, Glasses Malone, etc that grind and make shit happen for themselves more. But Dre kan put me on salary for $50,000/month just to make beats that he buys for an extra $50,000 when he hear one he want anyday....
