You know, I've heard allegations that God has no name.
I've heard that "Jehova" is actually a mistranslation found in the Protestant bibles.
I don't know anything about this, but I'm going to research it.
Ya research that.

It would make sense that God has no name though.
Think about it, he is the ultimate reality. He needs no name, no introduction. Giving him a name only makes him exclusive to a certain belief, like Krishna in Hinduism and Allah in Islam.
When asked Gods name The reply? In the bible the reply was?
Avtually Jehovah was created by the jews, They refused to Call God by his true Name, They thought it was wrong.
As far as the scritue goes, is that the only one you have? I dont frown upon it but you researched it for a week. I Reseached The "Name" issue for years.
in that passage you Qouted it states that Jesus had all the Power, Who did he give it to?
Mat 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
And what did Peter do?
Act 2:37 Now when they heard [this], they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men [and] brethren, what shall we do?
Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Is there two baptizms?
Is ther only one? Does what Peter say mean that there is a Name?
Act 8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
Act 8:16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
Act 19:2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
Act 19:3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.
Act 19:4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
Act 19:5 When they heard [this], they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
Act 19:4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
Act 19:5 When they heard [this], they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
What do those scriptures mean?
