DISCLAIMER: I would never be a pig cause a pig eats his own shit.

...with that said, if I were the pig, I'd of turned all communications devices off & been like "Look Miss, we can work this out, somehow I am sure,.....why dont we step over here to the patrol car" BANG BANG BANG!!!
or maybe pull a NWA "100 Miles and Runnin" song except replace the black chic with a latin one???? lol

Sure, the pig could have done whatever he wanted, but would it hold up in court?
yes.

1. Carroll v. United States
2. United States v. Di Re
3. 4th amendment
4. Almeida-Sanchez v. United States (which is what you're arguing) however visual, olfactory, and tactile stimuli are ALL considered factors in determining reasonable searches.

exactly. i dislike cops and all but that whole "i know my rights and can tell the cops to fuck off from touching my car even if i'm hiding something" attitude seems very naiive and criminal justice 101 to me.
LMAO.

Yea people like that are usually the ones who get in trouble.

And LOL you're right, they're usually spoiled suburban white boys lol.

No.

I majored in Urban Planning. But I took a few law classes. California Law mainly. Still, searching for legal info is much easier now that I know what to look for and how to look for it.
