what I mean by wanna-be is If he kicks it with tha skraps but has not been offically accepted by them. You know tha type, us ENE'z got them to. They kick it with tha gang but they haven't put in no real work to be relied upon to put in serious work. Leave this kinda work 4 tha YG'z. They gotta earn thier strips too. And to be taken out you might think killed but it could also mean disfigured or hurt irreverselby. Enough to let him and the rest like him know tha truth's of this life. It's hard to recruite when your top members and future recruits are be taken out at the same time.
