And having damn near every Bay song that hits the air waves and streets have either the words "go stupid, dumb or crazy (you make the pick)" "Hyphee" "Scrappa" and every other term associated with being "Hyphee" doesn't seem like overdoing it to you? Gimmicks can help artist get noticed...YES...BUT...you don't a stupid ass image like this representing a whole reigion. Would you want to do business with some body "going dumb" or would you want to exploit them....We are already stuck with enough one line gimmicks (slang, good weed, pimps and now hyphee), but no sales and most importantly NO FUCKING RESPECT!!! as far as the music sence goes i agree that we need to calm down on the hyphy shit, not stop makin it, but drop some singles about something other then that...and about the bay havin respect we have it, we may not have it as far as music goes, but whenever i go everywhere out of california, especially the south, they love us out there...when you say you from the bay (or california for that matter) they'll show a lot of love...but as far as the music we can start puttin out some different shit now, we back on the radio like we were a few years ago, now lets put out some quality shit...i love the hyphy shit, but its not gonna last long if everything single is hyphy (like most of yall were sayin)...

but to get back to the main topic, i'd have to go with The Federation's "Go Dumb"...
