I want to agree with you about the us smashing on them in the past, but they had an amazing war machine. They almost were successful in taking over Europe. They had the most advanced technology and the most advanced war planning, If they wouldn't have been so hopefull in thinking they could take over the world so fast and done it slowly. They possibly could have. They rolled over France, which was a huge militarized country at the time within a year or two.

Germany could have trucked over so many people if they had slowed their roll and been patient. I'm thankful that, that didn't happen. But you have to be realistic they were taking on how many countries at once on how many different fields of battle? Germany was the greatest militarized country during that period they just spread their soldiers too thin.

We would all be speaking German right now had Hitler not been so ambitious and out of control off meth (look it up its true).

I was born ('85) and raised in Düsseldorf, West Germany at the time.

Altbier from best to ok:








There are about 10 breweries in Düsseldorf. The old town is often called "The worlds longest counter".

there were alot of turning points in ww2, mainly to do with hitlers decisions like to take stalingraad for example.

We (The Allies) beat them in a combined effort.
