i dunno if ya'll heard about tha issue, but it's like this. tha ga state flag USED TO be a confederate battle flag. in case u din't kno, tha confederates fought FOR slavery bacc in tha civil war dayz. anyways, alot uv blacc folx were offended by this, so they protested this and wanted it changed. well the "redneccs" wanted to keep it flying, saying that it's a heritage and history blah, blah, blah. when gov. barnes came in2 office, he changed tha flag to where it "suits" both sides. it was kewl, but shtill tha redneccs complained. anyways, the person that wuz runnin for governor, perdue, during tha election, said that he would not touch tha flag issue, he'll leave it like it is. keep in mind he is a republican. anyways, he won tha election and now he's gonna try to change tha flag bacc to tha way it used to be. damn republicans! what do ya'll think? would u be offended and mad about tha flag if it wuz in ur state? fold.

ya i also know people down there in TN, KY, AL, SC, that still fly the confederate flag. and they are really good freinds with me (and im mexican dark skinned at that). so for all people it isnt really a symbol of racism and in reality for most it is a symbol of heritage. although there are some out there that will ruin it and make it look bad.
