from your post i thought you were saying that you took the mans word for it based on the fact he is a professor...i was using Dershowitz purely as an example...where did i mention anything about law?...if you ever watched the news you would know that Dershowitz is very intelligent, but he lets his political views deter from what he is trying to convey...i was not citing one specific example, but rather making a point...i'm sure Mr. deHaven Smith is a very intelligent person, but to accuse Bush of being the second coming of Hitler is completely absurd...to accuse Bush of hating an entire race based soley on their political and/or religious beliefs is more inthe ballpark of Muslim extremists than our own leader...like i said the first time, it sounds as if Mr. deHaven Smith is a radical liberal who is making as case based on his personal beliefs...and if he truely believes in his case, he went about it the wrong way...once Bush has slaughtered and maimed millions, you and your professor might have a valid argument...the defense rests...

ok now i read your article and all i can say is the guy does sound like a liberal and being that he is a professor at florida state univ (a liberal minded college). heres something that i heard recently on FOX NEWS it was during that democratic primary in florida when janet reno was running. democrats were running the show and they still messed it up according to j reno. for a while she was thinking of taking it to court.

ok now as for me i consider myself to be a mild conservative. the thing with todays youth is that they are drilled with liberalism their whole life. all the major metworks (ABC,NBC,CBS) are all liberal bias so is CNN, they all lean to the left.

the article you posted was an interview lance smith and who? who interviewed him. every1 leans either to the left or to the right. to me this just sounds like a liberally bias interview.

although i still disagree with the first half of that statement, i do stand corrected about the second half...i was watching a show on PBS last night about blacks right to vote, and had no idea about the shit that went on at the polls 50 or so years ago...so i do appologize
