gemini wtf happend to smuggla who was featured on ya first album??? i remember he put out an album presented by jdiggs or sum shit that was fire...but dude disapeared...

I don't really know, Bro. Last time I saw dude was like 2 years ago over at Strong Arm / Thizz Latin studio.

I know a few people still in contact with him, they say he's doing good. I don't know of any new material though, but if I find out... I'll let it be known in here. As a matter of fact, I think dude slides though here from time to time.

Side note: Thank you guy's for the "Ooh Wee!" clicks on youtube. Despite your opinions, a disc jockey for Super Estella 107.1 in Los Angeles, CA. requested that song to be sent to them. Industry standards (mastered song, instrumental & acapellas for both the original version & the remix.) Yes, it's a mexican station, but they're pushing it to the record pools. So the more clicks, the better I look... no matter what you think LOL!!!!!

See what I did there? LMAO!!!!!

i dont know man. sounds like a pretty solid hip hop album, but thats about it. apparently its getting amazing reviews and you say its revolutionizing the game sending everyone back to the drawing board...but i didnt hear ALL that. but thats just me. definitely had some nice cuts. chris rocks feature was probably the best part

speaking of kanye he just gave this ridiculous rant the other day.

along with the sunglasses and clothes, i wonder if he and everyone else is buying into this whole idea that hes a "mad genius"....so hate him or love him, people believe that hes a musical genius..but his outlandish behavior actually intensifies this image of him being some type of socially awkward insane virtuoso. he might even be playing it up.

when in all reality, he may not be any more genius than, say will-i-am.. but i dont think ppl see will-i-am in the same way. or maybe they do, who knows

he starts losing it at about 2:30:

I completely agree. I don't care for dude as a person. He acts like a spoiled little brat when he doesn't get what he wants, but that still doesn't change the fact that the music industry / media is already naming his album, "Album of the year."

Time will tell and if so, the majority has spoken and those who oppose will again, just be sore losers.

call it whatever but i see no problem with kanye..on sopitas white folks needed a reason to bash him and they got it with the taylor swift situation. ask any country music listener what they think. kanye makes good shit more then he do bad. kanye will be a victim of media backlash..shit will end tragically

ive come to not really have a problem with kanye. hes kinda grown on me. and in that interview with lauer, i actually side with kanye. i thought it was kind of cool of him to call the tv producers out on the tactics they use and the way they prey on people to give them the emotional responses they want. and i agree hes an extremely talented musician

what im saying though is that im thinking his crazy behavior creates a psychological affect on us and the way we/people perceive him as some type of "genius."

you know the whole thin line between insanity and genius...it seems like kanye is playing that line and the more attention he gets through his non-musical actions for being mentally unstable, the more people want to peg him as some insane musical prodigy.

i feel like he's being created and fed to us as this mad scientist type character...and from now on whatever he puts out is going to be considered "genius"

I'm glad to see some Siccness members finally coming real & standing up for what you believe and not hiding what you listen to behind closed doors. And then coming in here and being a follower.

I believe this to be a discussion and even though this thread went through 4 to 6 different topics, the key is certain things were not in the equation at the start of the thread. Yet, many see it as humorous, sarcasm, or to try & simply ridicule me (I see the attempts from certain members throughout my threads / post.) ...but who's the weakest link? The who keeps moving or the ones keep who me in mind? LOL!!!!!

Bottom line is your favorite rapper may not ever reach to the caliber of some majors today & the reality is, not everybody (or anybody from the Siccness) will "blow Up, " but it doesn't mean anybody is right or wrong, it just means you lost. Yet, that doesn't give you the right to act childish, point fingers & talk like a bitch about somebody simply because they beat out your favorite rapper.

so this album is actually a hip hop aklbum and not that autotuned singing bullshit that his last one was?
How did we go from "Walking Tall" to "Ooh Wee!" to the movie and on to Kanye? HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Fuckers got too much time on their hands!

In answer to your question, yeah he has some autotune here and there, but musically / direction it's on a whole other level IMHO.
