i feel you, but just because you have moved beyond that shit doesnt mean everyone can. some people get caught up in it and that brings us back to hwo the discussion started. most get into the game for similar reasons or different ones, not everyone prospers, and getting thrown off ur original path can happen. like you said, dope, police, and trying to feed the habit all became a part. but i'm sure thats noones intentions when they get in. those are some of the many obstacles, some swim and some sink

What ever happened in the past is the past, since living out here crime pretty much calmed down for the better. A lot of people get the misconception about rough it is living in the meadows. I aint sayin that there still aint killas on pavement but the increase in property market value has risen in that geographical area, people move out of the vacinities for their reasons, some just move on from that lifestyle raisin kids and having a better life for them. I pass through the gardens everyother night/day. I cant speak on what the gardens once was and what it means to individuals that still rep it, but to me its a thriving community thats not haunted by the gang bangin that used to go around there in the late 80-early 90s. Ive walked through the gardens on more than a few occassions wit my Pit Bulls when viewing a property i have on tamoshanter on all parts of the day/night no different that i used to when i lived in the bay. Anywhere has its moments, some people like to express their lifestyles to give a lot of their followers something to think about when they bumpin they music.... my thoughts about the meadowview area
blights a cool cat but he's speak'n on something he has no idea about.sac might be the capitol but if you ever step foot in the hood you would know your fucking with hustlers,ballers,bangers,fiends,loc's,dogg's,norteno's,tongan,somoans,asians and so on and so fourth.everyone is reppin they're set out there.it's not uncommen to hear guns pop off anytime of the day either and i'm not talking about 2 or 3 shots i mean dumpin the whole clip.

If the Gardens is so fake then why did Pete Wilson and the police fight so hard to get most of them niggaz locced up??? if you notice C-Bo, X-Raided and Mr Doc all have had thier lyrics scrutinized by law enforcement....lynch is the only one who hasnt.....meaning he hasnt done anythin remotely close to what he talk about....and there are numerous non rapper GBC affiliates that are doin life and such...you wont hear about most of em but they get shout outs now n then......Sac is the Capitol....when shit goes bad in the Governors baccyard the whole state looks bad....so the Gov gonna do his best to stop the bad shit and keep it out of the media......but if you really doubt it then just take a walk through the Gardens one day......

they didnt take it as far as they took it wit Bo and X, but they tried to put him on blast and shut him up for a lot of his shit on 'Season of da Siccness'. and to this day, theres still people who think he was talkin' about killing babies in other ways, but he said himself people took it how they took it. he was talkin' about baby killing as in 'abortion' .
