maybe no particularly in SD, but from what I've seen in LA.. its bad. I dont know everyone or everything, but I've seen some straight racist shit going down in Compton...

Regardless, this is mainly about LPB and ESP on here/SD... its a small step for them... but in the big scheme of things.. gangs are gonna be gangs.. its gonna be an individual thing if we look at every gang with every gang beef on the West Coast.

I'm sorry for your situation man but I happen to know what I'm talking about. In the 5th amendment it says, "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation".. so im assuming you owned the property you received just compensation.. it is against the law for the property to be "stolen". Its also a stretch to say that its the government fucked up a certain area, its actually the community that fucks it up. The government provides the same duties to all the counties of san diego. So what would be the difference? Money. Let's face it southeast is the grimey part of town and its pretty much the fixer upper of san diego. So if SE does get built up it helps the people of SE live in a better environment and the investors make money as well... So whats the problem in a win win situation?

There wasn't was ever one government agent on our street beside the police to bust my dude for selling drugs down the street. All the Crips would graffiti the fuck out of our back ally all the time. There was robberies at the corner liquor store and the fucked up part is the majority of people are just trying to better themselves and a couple people fuck it off for everyone. The first thing someone wants to know when they move to san diego is that is the price right and is the environment safe. So since the environment aint safe the business in southeast stays the same. The big businesses dont wanna invest in that neighborhood. Why have you never seen a Vons and Ralphs in Southeast? That exact reason. With the san diego government building up southeast and a change in mentality of southeast... man more big businesses would starting coming in droves.

People arent forced to sell houses unless they cant afford their own payments... is it cold hearted? yeah but thats just the way it is. So how is someone afford to live in San Diego if thats their case? Rent til you save enogh to buy another house you can afford or move to another city with lower taxes.

2nd point I was making is that the Europeans as a whole are much better off than every other group of people because they take pride in knowing and learning their history to use in securing what they want. Joe, You still don't get it. 1st the city said I couldn't repair cars outside-BULLSHIT, been there 3 generations. 2nd The city said I couldn't have a hoist outside-BULLSHIT it's been there since before the laws. 3rd they didn't like my "Hurricane" Wire even though SDGE got it, The trolley garage got it,police impound got it. 4th They said our fence was illegal and took us to criminal court. It's not as easy as you say "just cutting it down" It HAD to be wood even though every other motherfucker has chain link or metal, It had to be setback per 2007 standards so we lost 15 foot of property. Had to relocate all of our compressor and shit. they made us fence the alley even though no one gives a FUCK about the alley and we had to get rid of any shit visible above the fence line. You have no idea what all that cost after legal fees and shit. You are WRONG about people being forced to sell their homes, do some homework on eminent domain. They wanted from our shop to the next block as a library, well guess whn this shit started? when that was proposed! NONE of the residents would have been able to say shit either! They would have been bought out with NO CHOICE, NONE NADA ZERO. You know why we still own that corner? Another location was chosen over ours. Ask the dude downtown with the cigar shop they forced him out of for that Hotel to be built! I speak truth no matter what anyone thinks or says! The government is only out to help the rich and whoever pays the most property taxes!

Bottom line: They want everyone out of South East San Diego that has been there too long because the taxes aren't enough and they want it only affordable for white collars.
