Every city in the bay that has a significant amount of Blacks its the Blacks thats runnin shit and the ese's barely have they own blocks in city's like Oakland,Richmond, Vallejo and Frisco.The Norte's are only really effective in out the way ass city's Like Fresno San jo and Modesto.Small ass city's where niggas aint really kickin up dust.But in LA the Ese's dominate and even take niggas hoods out there.Only City they dont Dominate in LA is Compton.Besides that the Ese's in So cal is gettin it in waaay harder.In the Pen they get more recognition than norte's.Im from the town and i cant name 1 hood the norte's run in the town besides jingletown,94th fruitvale and a hood or two in the Murder Dubs.Niggas run shit in the bay.Ese's run shit in LA.Just facts.

I really dont know bout the sco but i can speak on the rich and the town.I aint sayin they dont exist im sayin that niggas have more blocks.Dem Ese's in LA take dat gang bangin shit serious.They started that shit down there.Ill say they much more aggressive.Just look at Gangs like F-13 and 18th street.Them two gangs alone are deeper than Norte's in the bay.
