in southern cali surenos all got funk with MS right? or is it in some varrios they're cool, but others theyre rivals?

in the mission (San Francisco) they seem to be cool for the most part, but sometimes shit pops off n theres a lil funk season but then they realize theyre both wearin blue n start hugging.

Exactly, so I don't get how people can sit here and say "Don't believe it" it's just gov't scare tactics. lol...don't give me that shit! If these dudes are capable of doing some of the stuff I've read so far and watched on some of these video clips then why aren't they capable of some of the other things they're accused of.
