Looking for something hard-edged / not 'boring' or recorded 35 years ago.

I have a hard time finding live ass jazz artists.

Dunno if that's the kind of stuff you're looking for, but it's really relaxed, female vox jazz/lounge kinda stuff.

Sorry White Devil, not hard edged jazz in my collection. I do have some free jazz from John Coltrane but that sounds more like noise on a record.

Ive seen plenty of great artists live I just cant seem to find anything comparable.

I mean there is Planet X and Tribal Tech and the like but I could never really get into either of them.

Fusion bands with a newer 'hype' and sound

Updated, harder-edged fusion

Ive seen plenty of groups like that live

But never seen / head a CD on that sort of tip

Im kicking myself for never buying CDs from shows
