A couple little concrete walls gave out and it was a state of emergency.
On top of that, look how they handled it! Half of them were looting and raping, while the other half were being cry babies just waiting for the government to chime in to help them while they had plenty of warning.

At least Japan has the decency to work together as a civilized country.

I commend Japan on how they are handling it. I don't see many other nations being able to do as well as they are.
