No not the site... but the fuckin flu.. who else got this shit?? first i got that NOROVIRUS after thanks giving and yakked for three dayz, and now i got this fuckin runny ass nose, dizzyness and hella phlegm in my lungs...im pretty much a self healer so heres some natural tips i find that work...

Oranges- Great source of vitamin C.
Gargle salt water- the little salt particles will 'chop' up the green shit in your throat..
clear soda- for a stomache ache,
lemon juice-strong anti-oxidant.
Hot shower- The steam will help flush nasal cavities.
Cramps/water- when you yak, or have the hershy squirts, your losing a lot of water, after a while your muscles begin to tighten up because of dehydration and start cramping.. the best and easiest solution is to keep your water intake higher then you throw up.. after your done praying to the porcelean god, drink a lot of water to replace the H2O u expelled.

a teaspoon of real honey(not syrup but the real bee honey), add some fresh squeezed lemon- recommended for colds.

fresh mint tea(not the tea bags)-stomach aches
i've tried both tea bags and fresh cut mint......and i can tell the difference between the two. the fresh mint is way better and more potent.


Try brushing your teeth atleast 3-4 times a day when you have a cold. Not only does it keep your mouth refreshing but you clean most of the bacteria in your mouth due to the cold.

Apply Vapor Rub on your chest and/or below your nose. This works best at night when you're having a hard time sleeping. It clears up your sinuses(sp).

USE AIRBORNE....Daily.....and it will help you not get sick and if you do, it makes it not hit you as hard.
