Probaly because there was a clear cut winner in the fight.Rematches usually are talked up after a fight goes to a close decision,but Cain finished Brock.

the only reason i asked was because brock tends to be a quick study and learns from his mistakes. he made a fatal mistake trying to charge at cain i bet if they see each other again he wont make that mistake he was way too reckless you cant just charge everybody. i wonder if somebodyhas the skills to make a gif with cain being a matador and brock being the bull

i mean, theres no reason for a rematch cuz cain won the fight so definitively. there was no controversy, so they would come under heavy fire if they set up an instant rematch.

one dude who needs a rematch though is machida with shogun. he won that 1st match (barely) by any scoring system, period. 2nd fight he didnt look like himself though.. i think he let the pressure & criticism over the 1st fight get to him.

Machida should have to fight someone just like everyone else. He was blown away, whether he looked liked himself or not is irrelevant. Machida should scrap in a contender style fight just like anyone else not named BJ Penn.
