i did that 48 hour shyt. still took about a week and cost me like 5 bills but it was worth it not 2 wait. muthafuccas made me jump thru hoops and keep sendin shyt or it woulda been faster. now explain 2 me this tho, i got my passport and they knew where i was going cuz i had 2 send my itinerary for the process, but when i got 2 canada they wanted 2 stop me from entering because of my criminal baccround and gang status. they ended up letting me in (after 3 hours in customs) cuz my buddy talked em down, but why would the usa give me that passport knowin my record and let me go anyway when they shoulda known it was gonna be a problem?

I've gotten them for an employee same day from the post office. I just wrote them letter saying they were needed for an immediate installation/repair and didn't even have tickets yet.

I always get hassled at the Canadian border. Guaranteed every time. I go through Detroit to get to Toronto. They ask me a million questions, then put me in another special line, and search my bags. I don't even have a background. That's just how they are. Coming back into the US is usually a "welcome back come right through".

You got the actual passport or was it a temp pass/permit?
I know people who got acceptance letters to leave and come back, but I've never heard of an official passport that same day.

My shit expires in a year. I don't even know how I'm going to get a new one out here. Plus I've got all these German work permits in it. I'm going to be pissed to lose my stamps too.

As an American in a foreign country you normally get everything very easily...your government takes good care of you when you are somewhere else lol...

i got my passport and visa in 24 hours

i had plane tickets for that week so they handled mine faaaasssttt
