Fuck It, Chicago Bears Appreciation Thread!!!!!

my problem with the bears today:
1). The o-line is terrible. Yes, a lot of this is injuries and you got young guys playing positions they've never played before. But still, I have never seen so many blown assignments in my life. It's not like seattle's d was just over powering them, it was simply a matter of untouched guys on the blitz. Chicago cannot pick up the blitz for shit.
2). No run game. Why? After over 200 yards of running last week would you not try to run? They ran like 1 out of every 8 plays. You can't do that, especially with how bad the o-line is you have to stick to the run no matter what. When you don't, and the defense knows your throwing every play, it makes it that much easier for them. Blitz the QB, apply pressure and it's a wrap.
3). This is a big props to Okung on seattle. He shut down Peppers and that says a lot from a rookie. He's the real deal.
4). Mike Martz. Ok, his offense is great with passing plays but he's got to realize that with his o-line, you gotta mix it up more. If cutler is getting sacked, hurried and knocked down every pass play, that should be a sign to do more draws, more running plays, quick passes and screen plays. Why continue to have 5-7 step drops when it never works?
So basically it comes down to the o-line and no running plays.
