DJ Coma is right, you would be dead with 1.1 BAC. One thing you can do that will help is start going to AA meetings right now so that when you go to court you have something to show for the mistake you made. If your hell bent on beating it, which will be dreadfully hard, take NAV's advice and look into faults in the breathalyzer. A long time ago a friend of mine beat a case - his lawyer showed that extremely low tempratures can cause the breathalyzer to malfunction. I'm sure their equipment has changed since then but it goes to show that there are always technicalities.

I read somewhere once that a DUI was once dropped because the lawyer for the defendant asked for the information on how the breathalyzer was made and the company wouldnt give that information up because they didnt want to give out the secrets to their patent. The law says something like that anything used against you, they have to provide all the information pertaining to it so you can have a fair defense to it. I doubt it would work for you because the case that got dropped I don't think they were expecting to not get the info on the breathalyzer, but just letting you know I read that.
