the law is the law.. now if they got you for .07.. maybe you could do somethin'.. but no ones fucken around with d.u.i.'s anymore.. too many diein'.. this shit is serious.. if you blew 1.1. you were obviously drivin' with a higher level.

but then again.. if your rich or famous.. you can get away with murder.

Yeah, I don't see how you could "fight" that when you obviously blew over the legal limit. Whether or not you can walk in a straight line makes no difference. You could be driving perfectly if you're drunk, but the fact is, you're drunk. That's what they care about, getting drunk drivers off the streets, period.

whats a lawyer gonna do,argue that the breathalyser was faulty?..lol..ur pretty much fucked homeboy.get ready to pay a good amount of money for them d.u.i. classes(around a G).plus u gotta do sum a.a. classes on the side and dont get caught again,cause then ur lookin @ jailtime....p.s.,make sure u ask the judge if u can drive on a restricted liscense so u can get to work and to ur d.u.i. classes.

my homie got a DUI

he had to do prison time...they gave him a bunch of finds...and hes still going to AA meeting ...trying to complete his classes before his next court date...or else is back to the pen he goes...


just tellin u this...to see whats up a head for u...



oh oh oh...and if u have over a G of finds...ask them if u can pay them off in by going to prison..thats what my homie did..

and they gave him a couple of extra days in the pen....but he only did 2 days....sense u only complete 10% of ur time givin to you...so right after he got out..he didnt have to pay shit of finds

u should ask when the breathalizer was calibrated

i know hella people who skip the tests and take the breathalizer, because almost every time they check the breathlizers calibrations its past due, which ends the case right there

Is this your first one? And no, most likely your not going to win in court for the fact that you blew a 1.1....lawyered up or not. Expect fines, community service ,suspended license and punk ass dui classes.
