Your logic is fuckin wack. I think they would pay him a good sum because
A. Celly Cel, or any other rapper with his kind of regional fame, is going to charge something for a 16 bar verse; these rappers don't take trips to other places just to rap at no charge, they have to make money.
B. Their records are already selling with or without Celly Cel being on them. They just put him on to add some variety into their albums, a smart move on their part.
C. People don't buy albums just cuz Celly Cel is on it. If that's the case, they must be hardcore fans of Celly
