I would imagine that other countries see that the American people can think for themselves and have the freedom to dissent with their government. There is a distinct difference between not supporting the war and being pro-Hussein.

because in the days of the league of nations. all the other nations were afraid to act against Hitler even after he invaded several countries. THEY FAILED TO ACT IN THEIR DEFENSE. that is why france got ran over by hitler and mousiolini. and brittain which was the only european nation (under churchill and not under chamberlain) to stand up to hitler but by then it was to late.

and if it hadnt been for us going to normandy, berlin and other cities to help the FRENCH and brittish, polish, chechz and others hitler would be running this mutha.

now this is sort of like whats going on right now in Iraq. only we wont let sadam get to where hitler got before some1 finally acted.
