1 you wavie the in and pay a $100 fee and if any random fire/ whatever happens and all ur shit gets ruined its on you.

2 you pay for renters ins and if anything happens ur cool. I paid $171 for a year through progressive, 100k medical, 20k to replace my shit, 500 deductible.

But if you pay for get to pay for ins its a $50 charge per month. It must be new bc we never had to pay for this kinda shit before.
