Ended up puking at like 8pm after tossing and turning since about 3pm. It was nothing but acid and broken down macadamia nuts and avocado sludge. I went to sleep way earlier than i shouldve when mac jesus told me to fuck off and I didn't know what else to do. I basically had a stomach full of very hard to break down food, the way i slept must've kept it from draining. If it happens again im quitting keto i hate puking I've done it far too much back in the gallbladder days. It feels like i have heartburn right now lol

This new concierge tried to talk to me like a kid, hella disrespectful about doing the post event walk through so im going to bury her with this. She's already probably going to get in trouble for not doing her job and handling this event with no professionalism. Well guess what happened to the 8 page contract and their deposit check?
