Well I don't always sloth out. That's have the reason I'm so beat I've been doing a bunch of shit on my days off plus working long hours and it's been busy.

I try to sloth out at least once every other week which is probably more than most people but it's a frequency I'm cool with. Every now and then if I have two days off in a row and not much is going on I'll have back to back days but if I have more days off than that I have to get out of the house for at least a few hours on the third day or I start going a little stir crazy.
