Finally got an appointment with the VA hospital, but it ain't for 3 weeks. Sad thing is I should feel blessed, some cities people ain't getting VA appointments for 2 months or more.

Finally get to see if I can get sleep apnea tested and gonna hopefully get the all clear on the diabeetus and all that other shit. Trying to make this #healthmobb life a long term reality.

Haven't seen a doctor or anything for almost 4 years, kind of scared of what they might find since I lived like complete shit for those 4 years lol

You never know, I lived like shit and have been taking giant bong rips every day for years, had to get my lungs tested for work and I was at 120% of expected lung capacity for someone my age/size, taking big rips is turning me into a superhero yee

I spent years pounding beer, liquor, cheeseburgers, pizza, taco bell, and sugar.

Put on 85lbs. in the last 4 years, that's why I'm scared. lol

I'm reading a lot of vets are having issues finding a primary care physician that will take them under that referral program, so a lot of vets are still stuck waiting it out.
smh
yeah i dont know if i told u this but i worked in the tricare call center for 7 years. one of the biggest complaints from doctors was that the tricare reimbursement rate was shit. so many docs just said fuck it and decided not to be credentialed to be in our network. to give u an example and iud for a broad, is like 200 bucks but tricare would only reimburse at like 20 bucks. so the docs would have to eat that. so with this new program, i think that could be an issue but also the fact that under the new contract i dont think triwest is getting out there and educating providers on this new plan. program has only been around for a year so hopefully they ramp up the provider education aspect. but if a doc says fuck tricare, then hey it is what it is. they need to work on increasing reimbursement rates. sorry for the rant lol

I feel ya, it helped me to chop them one by one. First I ditched candy, then soda, then fast food. I mess up sometimes and still drink beer all the time cause it's awesome but yeah eating healthy snacks and shit is a trip, I still can't believe I do it

The main thing that pushed me towards getting this shit checked out was ever since I quit sugar completely a couple weeks ago I've been getting light headed as hell and feeling like my blood pressure was dropping. So I got worried that I might be hypoglycemic. I started drinking fruit smoothies recently and it gets rid of the light headedness and makes me feel better. Shit got me shook lol

Been reading up on it, apparently your body goes through withdraws when it stops getting all that shitty food, then goes through a period where it starts to heal itself and dump toxins like crazy which also makes you feel like shit. I keep reading to quit one bad thing at a time, I fucked up and quit everything all at once lol probably why I been feeling like this maybe? Might not be the beetus or hypoglycemia after all.
