By the way the minimum wage in general does get increased every year in the US but it's not much worth anyone getting excited about. More or less just keeps up with the rising cost of living every year. WA state has had the highest state minimum for awhile and Seattle is about to have the highest period. But on the other side if you factor in inflation people on minimum wage across the US outside of a few states make less now than they did in the 70s.

I already make decent money so when the whole city gets bumped up to $15... I ball.
