What are you talking about? I log calories every other day or so:

Today been

Cliff Bar: 250 Calories
Taco Fresca: 150 calories (x 3) = 450
KFC Grilled Leg: = 90 calories
Kgf Grilled Thigh: = 180 Calories

960 Calories for the day.


Plus a 90 minute workout, which I probally burned like 600-800 Calories.

I was counting the kfc pack twice. I thought you had all of that plus whatever the combo pack was. I haven't had it before, and thought it was one of the big meal deals.

But if you only burned up to 800 calories, you're still storing fat with what you've eaten.
Not necessarily. Roughly with my BMI, and activity to maintain weight I need to consume: 2700 Calories a day to maintain weight. If kept at a deficit you will be dropping pounds. Calorie is a calorie - I keep my self in a fasting state for a good part of the day anyway.
