Truthfully BASEDVATO @BASEDVATO I trust this dentist and the assistants are nice. I'm just going to get real high and let them do their jobs without thinking about it too much or researching it cause it already sucks and I already have anxiety about that shit lol

I'm not 100% sure I think what she was saying is before and after if you have the same spacing in your teeth and your bite feels the same it is good dentistry.

Kinda me paraphrasing what I heard a couple years back. I could ask my sister and get more info. My dentist is kick ass though, a Chinese Jamaican lady lol

oh youre all just gonna ignore my question about the wooden sign posts?
Yes I clearly did

Some signs are still wood like stop signs in little suburb areas but they'd destroy your car, they're solid as fuck. No the cops were talking about little mile markers from the side of the freeway. Truthfully I don't know it couldve been fencing for all I know I just repeated what they said

According to Autofluence, Ferrari just gave its employees a bonus of €4096, or ($5,683). The recipient employees have already been sent two advances of €1000 ($1,382), and will see the remainder of the bonus added to their paychecks this month.
That's dope.

At my last job they send out a letter to every branch saying something to the effect of "Thanks to all your hard work, we've grossed twice our projected numbers." I heard it was over 500 million dollars from a couple managers. "To thank you we've sent out bonuses to our drivers." The next week we all noticed a big fat bonus of $26...$26 dollars to around 4k-4.5k is around $100,000 total. Gee thanks.

That's the kinda gesture that's worse than doing nothing. 60 hours a week, commuting across the bay, driving hundreds of miles a week, selling over 25%, and then 30% after it got raised, it was 16% when I started, dealing with absurdly large asshole customers with no help from inept management. Thanks for the $26...

Nah dental and speciality shit you gotta pay. Which doesn't make a whole lotta sense to me since god awful teeth can get infected and kill you.

Also they dont pay for medication unless it is needed. So if you get shot they'll pay for all the anesthetics, pills and I think even physiotherapy for a bit but once youre out the hospital you'll prob get a couple weeks more of free treatment then you have to pay.

But if you get a cold and have no insurance you get a free diagnosis but the meds cost money.

Most full time jobs here though including even minimum wage ones offer health benefits which includes dental.
