I made another top ten sammich tonight. It was a baked sammich so dough with a layer of roast beef, , sundried tomoatoes, swiss cheese and sweet hot mustard, then turkey, carmelized onions, a mix of swiss and cheddar, and whole grain mustard and horseradish, then salami roasted red peppers and more cheddar. Baked at 425 for 25is minutes until golden brown, shit is amazing. Weighs like 5 pounds, gonna last me a week.
