You could get sports memorabilia, stereo stuff, clothes, jerseys, antique stuff, TV's, car parts, knives and bb guns...garage sale stuff...

Now most swap-meets are like big, outdoor, cash only stores...and a 3 dozen booths selling ipod chargers.

I can't hate on videos, I watch youtubes all the time for some moves, and then go to the gym and test them. All this month I have been working sweeps in spider guard. The black belts in my school don't even teach that, and people hate it because they don't practice counters.

I come through trying not so common guards or set ups... and stick with it relentless for about 2-4 weeks, and then move on to the next thing to add to the swiss army knife. By the end of a few weeks, they already know exactly what I'm trying for - which if I get them in it, pisses them more off cause its 100% telegraphed.

nah I just watch a lot of grappling/fighting, I'm kind of a germaphobe so rolling ain't gonna work for me lol. It looks like a lot of guys are starting to mix everything up now that there's so many styles.
here's my fav video of all time. Genki was a brown belt and showed up to this tourney but no one knew who he was back then. The first dude he taps is Bao Quach

I been watching Miyao Brothers recently. They are def more sport bjj, then tough. They are so hard to beat though - I think one of them placed high in that big Abu Dhabi world championship.



A lot of people thing they're boring, which I understand, but Paulo technical skill and way he transition 1/2 guard is best in the world.
