halibut is sooo much better tasting the salmon and steelhead. and iv caught them all

nothing special about oven salmon or pan seared salmon or grilled salmon

halibut is always good especially on the grill with some mango salsa

after i caught that 44inch halibut i had fresh halibut twice. first was baked with salsa on top of it. then we had it fish n chip stlye. now we have about 15lbs of it in freezer!
