Okay I gotta get my lazy off the couch and start getting ready. Tacos and lots of booze at

That's what we call the tacos

makes. They are really good but kinda unconventional. Not really white people tacos though. He fries up the shells himself and all that but the filling is a mix of beef, refried beans, and cheese with some cut up jalapenos, I think maybe something else. Anyways it makes this like tasty glop of stuff that is perfect for filling the fresh taco shells with. Top with other stuff as liked. I usually just do a some hot sauce and maybe a little more shredded cheese.
