for real though bowling is hella fun, and is better drunk. Half the game is psychological, and the other half is technique.

Usually I cant find anyone to come with, but I found a buddy who likes to get drunk in the mornings who has mondays off.

We split a 6 pack, pound beer in the parking lot, and then we play 3 games and whoever has the lowest collective score has to pay for the beer we get there. usually around 20 bucks. I got a 175 average, but it fluxuates day to day. Last time we went I cleaned house on the 3rd game rolled a 215. first two games I rolled a 98 and a 109 though... which is exactly why instead of betting 5 bucks a game I try and push for the collective score bet

Dark beers are really hit and miss for me.

define "dark beer", there's some shitty cheap beer that also happens to be dark and lighter beer that happens to be expensive and good

there's dark porters, dark ales, dark lagers etc. and all taste different lol

yeah? I love me a nice ipa. id rather drink 3-4 ipas then 6 or 7 pisswater beers. budweiser, coors, pabst, they all taste like watered down fermented applejuice to me. Ill drink em in a part situation, or if Im tryina pay 3 bucks a beer at the bar instead of 5. But if I hit the store I aint buyin that shit

when I say dark I dont mean dark in color. I mean dark in taste........ which in itself is vague...

I guess what I really meant, or what I think of when I say dark beer, is bitter beer, with high ibu's and a high alchohol percentage.

whatever floats peoples' boat with beers though, as long as they enjoy them I can't hate

like how most people think IPA's are delicious and I've found every one I've tried to be bitter as fuck and gross. I'd take a cheap ass High Life over an expensive IPA any day.

I perfer moylans irish red pale ale.

I like bitter beers. The bitter the better imo. Bitterness usually accompanies a heavier drunk.

Less liquid consumption, better taste, and a faster buzz/drunk. Its an acquired taste I guess.

$ is a big factor in my beer purchasing decisions. If I decide to buy a 6 pack for 10-12 bucks, it better be 6.5% or higher, or I wont buy it.
