I used to use pre workout stuff all the time. I don't now because I have to wake up early during the week and hate that shit keeping me up all night. After a while it will have less effect on you and you'll build somewhat of a tolerance. Idk how much you'll get hooked. If you consistently use it you may feel you still need it to workout, but once you get through a couple without it you'll be good. The best shit I've used was jack3d, but like I said, haven't used stuff in years so idk what products are out there now
