damn, how you doin it in ableton? are you putting markers on each track to match the beats? I'm assuming acid is recording software.....I never used it

yea pretty much... and acid I use to prep my tracks, and then I throw it into ableton. I have a few hundred clips going on in this.

I sync all accapellas in acidpro... it locks them in way tighter, and 1000 times easier. Ableton is only good for launching clips, and make beats from vst's. I hate editing audio in it

When I use to DJ out here I wouldn't use ableton, I like to be able to throw things on for the moment. I have midi turntable with Torq or Traktor. Its better for parties, but way less technical. It would be impossible to do a mix like this on turntables.
