I look at it like you got different levels of burger places...You got your top tier spot, your local one off independent spot you love, like Al's Giant Burgers in Antioch, or Kirk's in SJ, or Big Boy's Buns and Burgers in Santa Rosa. Then 2nd tier you got good burgers from nicer chains, or business's that have a few spots, like 5Guys, In and Out, etc. But down the line you have McD's, BK, Jack, and stuff. I guess the bottom tiers like when you see hole in the wall Chinese places with an out of place burger on the menu.
