I wouldn't quite say that because a lot of the younger folks in the positions (lets say under 25) tend to just go off if they like the music or not. But older heads like Noz and that don't seem to.

Arm strength is something you either have or you don't. You can try long toss, and resistance bands, you can gain a little but nothin that makes you go from Barry Zito to Stephen Strasburg....

I weigh about 260 right now tryin to get to my goal of 220.

I was at 270, tryin to get back to 215. already dropped 10 this week. Changed my diet and start working out... Oh yeah, started a 8 week cycle of winstrol too... Got some deca and sutanon 250 on deck...
