I don't know of any white Norte rappers besides woodie.
But the white boy nortes I know are way more down, then some Mexican "homeboys"

It's funny cuz I work with 2 nortes and I asked where they were from and they said they just bang Norte with no hood. I laughed and they got mad.

A more unusual case. Iowa rapper Ronald Buckley aka Lil Bout It was bitten by a bat, He contracted rabies and died from it on September 28 2002 at the age of 20. It was the first human fatality in Iowa from the disease since 1951
