Pulled pork sliders, breh. Go get a big ass pork shoulder and sear the shit out of it then toss it in the crock pot on low for 10 hours. Let that bitch cool down, skim off the fat and pour out half the juices then shred the pork with a couple forks and add your favorite bbq sauce, then toss that bitch in the fridge. Also make some coleslaw (cabbage, onion, carrot, mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar, pepper, celery salt) and toss that shit in the fridge. Sunday morning, turn on the crockpot again and let the pulled pork warm up then have your guests put it on little rolls (I like the hawian rolls cuz they've got a nice sweetness) with a scoop of coleslaw. Perfect game food.
