i dont even understand the attempted murder charge, its so stupid and they dont even charge the brazen criminal thugs with that ever from what i see. a thug can whip a gun out in public and fire a whole magazine off, hitting his adversary like 5 fuckin times or something, and guaranteed hes not going to get an attempted murder charge; its a lesser assault charge every single time. they get a slap on the wrist every time then theyre back out on the street in no time.

i should read up on that; what makes it attempted murder and what makes it assault? youd think pointing a gun and shooting it at someone would be attempted murder every single time but its almost always assault, i cant even remember the last time i read about someone getting "attempted mruder" charges around here

nah bro the shit got here like 25 minutes ago, the CEVA guy even brought it up three flights of stairs, opened the box up, put the stand together, we put it on the stand and screwed it all in and put it on my dresser, and we turned it on and it worked lol. i tipped him like 20 bucks cause that was hella dope.

this tv looks beastly in my room. at this very moment im thinking "holy fuck whyd i buy a tv this big" but im sure that will wear off pretty quickly lol. fuck i want to hook up the ps3 and check out a blu-ray but the goddamned hdmi cables arent expected til monday.
