Seroquil is an antipsychotic (in high doses) hydroxozine is an antihistamine and trazadone is.... I actually dunno, but its not scheduled (like Valium or Xanax) and its a different class that ambien. All three of them get proscribed off label as sleep aids and anti-anxiety drugs.

Seroquil is an interesting drug. Like I said in really high doses its an effective antopsychotic, but in lower doses its a great sleep aid, an helps with depression. It gets prescribed a lot for people going through withdrawals and it REALLY helps (I know this from experience). The jail/prison system used to use it, but I think they're moving away from it because its kinda intoxicating (in a weird way I can't describe, kinda numbing). It actually has some street value these days, I hears lil blood drop its name on one of te cream soda and activis tracks.

Went I can't sleep it's usually because my mind won't turn off. I just pop a xanax if I've been laying there more than an hour or so and have shit I have to do the next day. That almost always works and I'm out within another 15-20 mins.
