Man I've been cooking these motherfucking short ribs since 4:30. My house smells so fucking good right now. I was gonna prep the risotto--saute the mushrooms and cook the rice--tonight and then just bring it all together tomorrow with a little extra broth and the parmisan and parsley, but I think im feeling too lazy to spend another 45 minutes stirring rice tonight. Might just have to get to my friends house early and claim a burner on her stove.
