if i remember correctly he had a heart condition and wasnt supposed to drink or smoke anymore and he brushed it off

correct. He ignored that. His girl said he refused to go to the same hospital, because he tested positive for drugs (not sure what drugs) when they did blood work and "treated him like a user". Waiting to hear back from her. He insisted on driving himself to the hospital, because my nephew is only 4, and didnt want everyone going.

Her girlfriend is taking her to the hospital now.
