when loading programs you just drag them to applications, it fucken easy compared to windows. I think some programs have like install wizard, but most you just drag to app folder in your volume.

I'm pretty sure the Microsoft Office has a install wizard. You should also load a program called 'stuffit expander' so you can open RAR's.
